Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Full payment must be made in advance of delivery by Visa/Debit, MasterCard, Postal Order or Cheque drawn to a UK Bank. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express or Diners. If we are unable to fullfill any part of an order within 21 days, refunds on pre-paid items will be sent. Card payments will not be processed until goods are ready for despatch
Prices quoted are in UK Sterling and include VAT.
Overseas – prices quoted exclude VAT.
The following postage charges apply to all UK destinations.
Orders up to £19.99 – p&p £3.00
Orders £20 and over – p&p £4.50
Overseas charged at cost.
Delivery of goods in the UK. that are in stock is normally within 7 working days. Normal method of despatch is 48 hour tracked post or parcel post according to weight.
Out of stock items will be placed on back order, unless otherwise instructed.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Any item that we have supplied can be returned within 30 days provided that it is in re-saleable condition and our product seal is unbroken, except in the case of a Special Order when return may, although not always, be refused and, if excepted, will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Refund of goods value, plus VAT where applicable, will be notified by e-mail. Items returned from overseas should clearly state “Returned Goods – Unsuitable” on the outside wrapper, and where applicable, a CN22 or equivalent Customs Declaration form be completed as failure to do so may incur UK Customs & Excise import duty which will be deducted from any refund.
